Civic Infill Works performs paid advisory work for homeowners, small property owners, buyers, realtors, lenders, and public and mission-driven partners. The firm is fee-only. How engagements are structured

Each paid engagement begins with a written scope, a fixed fee, and a disclosure of any reciprocal referral relationships or potential conflicts. The firm declines work where independent analysis is not possible. Construction and licensed trade work are contracted separately with the appropriate professionals.
