Civic Infill Works has received your intake. Shelby will review the information and respond with the appropriate next step.

1. Fit screen

   The first review checks whether a paid ADU Feasibility Diagnostic is the right next step, or whether you need a different professional, public-agency confirmation, or a pause.

2. Prep and payment

   If the diagnostic is a fit, you will receive prep instructions and payment information. Payment is not requested until after the initial fit screen.

3. Diagnostic and recap

   After the diagnostic, Civic Infill Works sends a written recap with the main green lights, yellow flags, stop signs, and next recommended step.
